What is Lactose Intolerance?

Lactose intolerance is when your body can't break down or digest the sugar (lactose) found in milk and other dairy products.

The reason behind this is because people with lactose intolerance do not produce enough lactase in their intestines.  Lactase is a digestive enzyme that breaks down lactose so your body can absorb it properly.

If the lactose gets through your system without having been properly digested, you’ll experience something called lactose malabsorption. The good news is that lactose malabsorption does not cause long-term problems, but as people with lactose intolerance know first-hand, it can lead to a variety of uncomfortable or even painful short-term symptoms.

These symptoms include stomachaches, diarrhea, excessive gas, and bloating.

Fortunately, if you are lactose intolerant you can supplement your body’s natural lactase deficiency with lactase supplements such as Milky.

Milky is the ideal lactase supplement for anyone with any level of lactose intolerance. The innovative ultra-thin wafer tablet form makes it the thinnest supplement in the market. This lets you keep up to 10 servings in your wallet without taking up any more room than a credit card.

It’s important you always have your lactase supplement when you need it because what good is a lactase supplement when it’s in your medicine cabinet at home vs. when you actually need it as you’re about to get a double scoop at your favorite ice cream shop.
