Like all great things, Milky's journey began outside a Baskin Robbins. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to bring a Lactaid with me that day. But I love Baskin Robbins mint chocolate chip.

It's the thinness of the chocolate chips that differentiates it. The thinness allows them to effortlessly dissolve on your tongue, orchestrating a symphony of dairy goodness.

Why should I give that up just because I'm lactose intolerant? I was tired of feeling limited in my food choices by my forgetfulness.

So I started searching for a better solution. And searching. And searching. I turned up nothing.  As luck would have it, I met Michael during this time and together we spent countless hours perfecting the formula and design of Milky. Drawing inspiration from our own experiences and the desire for a convenient and stylish solution that we weren't embarrassed by.

A year later, our hard work paid off and we had invented a lactase supplement so thin you could easily carry it with you anywhere (still not as thin as those mint chocolate chips).
