What is Milky?
Milky is a lactase enzyme supplement that helps people with lactose intolerance digest and process dairy.
Milky Original contains 10,800 FCC of lactase enzyme per tablet and Milky Ultra contains 21,000 FCC of lactase enzyme per tablet. Each Milky card contains 24 tablets.
How does Milky work?
Milky contains lactase enzymes, which work to break down the lactose in your food into simpler sugars. If lactose is not broken down, it can cause stomach upset and digestive issues. Milky tablets provides extra lactase that assists in digesting lactose for people who don't naturally produce enough lactase.
After the lactose is broken down, the sugars can be easily absorbed into your bloodstream through the lining of your intestine. This allows you to handle lactose without feeling uncomfortable or experiencing symptoms like bloating, gas, or diarrhea. In simpler terms, the supplement helps your body digest lactose better so that you can enjoy lactose-containing foods without digestive issues.
How and when should I take Milky?
For best results, you should take a Milky tablet with your first bite of dairy or just before.
Take another tablet every 30-45 minutes if you continue eating dairy.
You can either chew or swallow Milky tablets. We recommend swallowing Milky tablets because we do not use any flavoring or taste additives in order to keep the size as small as possible.
What is the difference between Milky Original and Milky Ultra?
Milky Original contains 10,800 FCC of lactase enzyme per tablet and is 2 millimeters thin. Milky Ultra contains 21,000 FCC of lactase enzyme per tablet and is 4 millimeters thin. Both Milky Original and Milky Ultra are packaged in cards that contain 24 tablets per card.
Milky Original is over 3X stronger than Lactaid Original and super thin and portable, at only 2 millimeters thick.
Milky Ultra is 7X stronger than Lactaid Original and is recommended for extra heavy dairy meals or those with severe lactose intolerance.

How do I know if Milky is right for me?
If you have lactose intolerance, Milky may be right for you. Milky does not work on dairy allergies, whey allergies, caesein allergies, or gluten intolerances.
We recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider if you have a specific health concern.
How do I get Milky tablets out of the foil packaging?
In order to get Milky tablets out of the foil packaging without breaking them, push on the outer rim of the tablet where the foil is easiest to break. Avoid pressing on the center of the tablet or using your nails, as both can lead to broken tablets.
Is Milky HSA/FSA eligible?
Milky may be eligible for reimbursement with many flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement accounts (HRA). Check with your provider to confirm your plan's specific requirements for reimbursement.
While we do not accept FSA/HSA/HRA prepaid cards in checkout, you can file for reimbursement by submitting a receipt of your purchase to your provider.
Safety
Is Milky third-party tested?
Yes! We use a third party ISO 17025 Certified lab to test every batch we make, to ensure we are safe and compliant with local laws and regulations.
Is Milky FDA approved?
The FDA does not “approve” dietary supplements because it does not approve foods. The FDA only approves pharmaceutical drug products.
Milky is compliant with the FDA dietary supplement regulations and both manufacturing and packaging facilities are FDA registered.
Is Milky vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and FODMAP-free?
Yes! Milky is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and FODMAP free. We use a third party ISO 17025 Certified lab to test every batch we make.
Is Milky safe for children?
Milky is safe for children aged 4 and above.
When does Milky expire?
You can find the expiration date printed on the foil backing of each individual blister card.
Subscriptions
How do I cancel, skip, or pause my subscription?
You can cancel, skip, or update your subscription at any time from your account page.
Log in to your account and then select your subscription. You can choose to cancel using the buttons on the screen. This is also where you can skip deliveries or change delivery frequency if you are fully stocked or just need a break.

How do I edit my delivery frequency?
If you find that you aren't using your Milky tablets as often, you may want to adjust your delivery frequency.
First, login to your account. Then select "Edit Frequency". Then update the delivery frequency and set the next order date. Make sure to click "Apply".
This will update your delivery frequency to your desired cadence.
How can I swap my sleeve for my next subscription order?
You can swap your color sleeve at any time from your account page. Just make sure to update your preference before your next order processes.
If you are swapping to a Limited Edition sleeve, we highly recommend moving your next order date to the following day to secure one before they sell out. Limited Edition sleeves sell out quickly, and selecting a sleeve does not reserve it. Your sleeve is only guaranteed once your order has been processed.
I need to change my address. How do I do that?
You can update your address anytime directly in your account. Please allow at least 2 days prior to your scheduled shipment to ensure the change is captured for upcoming shipments. Log in and select "Shipping Information" and edit. If your order has already been processed, please contact hello@shopmilky.com.
I need to update my billing details. How do I do that?
You can update your billing details anytime directly in your account. Please allow at least 2 days prior to your scheduled shipment to ensure the change is captured for upcoming shipments. Log in and select "Billing" and edit. If your order has already been processed, please contact hello@shopmilky.com.
Orders & Shipping
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once you place your order, we work hard to quickly fulfill and ship to you. Because of this, we aren't able to make changes or cancel an order once you've received your confirmation email and the 30-minute adjustment window has passed.
If you have a subscription and would like to stop or adjust an upcoming shipment, you can do that in your subscription portal or by emailing hello@shopmilky.com.
How can I manage my order?
After placing your order, our team will work to quickly fulfill and ship to you. If something changes after you place your order, you have 30 minutes after purchase to email our team at hello@shopmilky.com and request a change.
For subscriptions, you can change frequency, change products, or cancel your subscription directly in the subscription portal.
How long will it take to receive my package?
It typically takes 4 - 5 business days from purchase to receive your order. International orders make take longer to ship.
My order is missing or delayed. What can I do?
You can start by checking your shipping and tracking info. Sometimes carriers will mark things as delivered a little early. If your package is still missing after 24 hours, please contact our team at hello@shopmilky.com. We will help track it down or send a replacement if necessary.
Does Milky ship internationally?
Milky ships to addresses in the US and Canada only.
